Morning Weighted Recharge

Perform as a circuit, meaning one exercise after the other, with little or no rest.

Para Press x 3/3
Bottoms-up Walk x 30sec/30sec
Standing Batwings x 5 holds


One-Hand Swing 32kg x 12/12 (A)
