Week 2, Day 5
One-Hand Swings 40kg x 10/10 (S)
I had planned on using the 32kg, but then I thought I’d take
a crack at the 40kg. It felt surprisingly easy. I think I’ll work the 40kg in
more often in the back half of the project.
